Moments that Matter: October

Sydney Lifestyle Portraits by Cindy Cavanagh. A girl swims at Nielsen's Park, Vaucluse.

One of the things that I love to do with my family is to explore Sydney. There are so many nooks and places of beauty that we are yet to find. Nothing fills my heart with joy more than spending the day with my children, and in this case it was my three daughters. There was a sense of calm as we filled up on conversation, laughter, sun and time together. This day, we explored Vaucluse and Nielsen park. We walked over to Milk Beach and we collected sea glass. We climbed over rocks and explored until we felt we knew every part of the little beach. It was their first swim after winter and while the water was too cold for me, they just loved it. These are moments that matter to me; ones that feed the soul and the heart.
